Matcha butter cake
Start off my Saturday with this cake. Got this from Japan to satisfy my crave for matcha desserts while living in a place where matcha-related food is not popular.
The matcha flavour stands out quite well and the sweetness of it is moderate. The layers of the cake creates a texture which is unlike normal butter cakes.
